Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@oxbusinesssolutions.com. Alternatively, you can fill in our Contact Form.
What if there's an issue with the print on my garment?
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive an item with a printing issue, please contact us using our Contact Form. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Why is my order arriving in multiple parcels?
If you've ordered both garments (hoodies and t-shirts) and accessories, they'll be shipped separately. Because of this, you'll receive two tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different days.
This is completely normal, and you'll receive tracking updates for each shipment as they're dispatched. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact our team.
Will you restock certain designs?
Most of our drops are limited, and our goal is not to restock the same designs. However, high-demand pieces may return based on customer interest.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns provided the items are unworn, unused, and undamaged. You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 3-7 business days after dispatch. International delivery time-frames depend on the destination. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on what you order. Accessories typically ship quickly as they are sent separately from garments. While garments such as t-shirts and hoodies are produced as orders come in. If your order includes garments and accessories, the accessories will be sent separately.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Live shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
