Will you restock certain designs?

Most of our drops are limited, and our goal is not to restock the same designs. However, high-demand pieces may return based on customer interest.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns provided the items are unworn, unused, and undamaged. You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Pre-ordered products will be shipped once printing is complete. International delivery time-frames depend on the destination. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on what you order. Accessories typically ship quickly, while garments such as t-shirts and hoodies are often produced through our pre-order process. If your order includes pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once those items are ready.

How does the pre-order process work?

Items listed as pre-order allow you to reserve your product before production begins. Typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks depending on the drop and order volume. Once pre-orders close, printing usually takes an additional 2-3 weeks. We work hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated along the way.
