Shipment Processing Time

All pre-orders will be processed once production is complete. Please allow for 2 weeks for production to complete, followed by an additional week for your order to be shipped.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping estimation times are not guaranteed. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your Australia Post tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

AUSDM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to lodge a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before lodging a claim.
